Shipping policy
1. Most stock orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
2. Ubeeslab stock items are subject to availability. If an item ordered is out of stock, a Ubeeslab representative will contact you within 1-2 business days using the contact information that was provided at the time the order was placed.
3. When an order is placed, estimated delivery dates based upon the availability of the item(s), shipping method selected and final shipment destination will be provided. Shipping charges are determined by the total volume weight of the box for the order placed.
4. Ubeeslab is not responsible for delayed delivery or damages due to shipping errors by shipping company.
5. Order errors or changes must be reported within 90 days from the date of shipment.
